Look at these gorgeous blue eyes!  This stunning baby girl was 6 months, and was quite the sweet baby to photograph in the Brookfield studio recently.  With a smile like this, and such a happy demeanor, we had a great time with her in the studio and captured some beautiful six-month portraits!

This AMAZING mom and her adorable new seven day old baby were an absolute delight.  I am so honored to have photographed her for some maternity portraits during her pregnancy, she was just glowing, so beautiful and comfortable and thrilled to be expecting.  All of those magical feelings carried over to this on-location newborn photography session, too!  I could not believe how easily she was up and moving, and how much sleep she was getting with her precious newborn baby girl!  (I was a bit envious!)  Enjoy a few images of this gorgeous newborn baby…

Not the sleepiest new baby, but I don’t mind a bit when she’s as sweet as this little one!  These big with eyes were so alert and beautiful!   Here’s one with big brother and big sister… such sweet kids to photograph!  It’s so nice to be able to provide newborn and family photography in people’s homes throughout the Milwaukee area, kids are so much more relaxed and natural to be themselves… not to mention it is so much easier on mom & dad when there’s a new baby involved!

First, quick note about the fundraiser…

We were just stuffing goody bags today for the photography fundraiser event to support the Well-Rounded Maternity Center in Menomonee Falls and I’m excited to tell you that each family will get some little goodies to take home, a little treat for mom & some for the kids, and then *one goody bag will include a gift certificate for a studio mini session plus portraits!*   Even if you don’t get that in your bag, every bag will have a special offer only for attendees of the fundraiser.  Coral, at the maternity center is so excited as well and we can’t wait to thank you and see you on Saturday!

I can’t wait!!  We’ve had a great response, and I think you are all going to love the “hints of Santa” theme… so much more fun than sitting on his lap smiling for the camera.  We have some FUN things for santa to show the kids during their sessions, it will be great!

We started outdoor on studio grounds for this 18 month old’s holiday portraits, and created some amazing images! When we came in, she was a bit more adventurous, but no less adorable or cooperative! It was a delightful holiday photography session, and their custom designed cards will be amazing! I have to say… this gorgeous little girl was honestly one of the easiest 18 month olds in my photography career!

I recently traveled to Menomonee Falls, WI to conduct a children’s and family photography session for TWO beautiful families! This is one of my all time favorite little boys, a favorite family… you may recognize bits of the windowsill from another very-recognized image! I have been photographing him since hew as a tiny newborn sleeping baby, now he’s turning into SUCH a sweet little boy.

From now through the new year, check back often! This blog will be featuring my favorite sessions from 2007, but not just the images. And not just a story about the session… not just the kids stories, either! Featuring… their mothers!

Now that I have holiday orders all in to the lab and am finally able to breathe again just waiting for the deliveries to come in for holiday delivery… I am not as a fraction as busy as I have been for the past month or two… it’s time to beef up the blog and have some fun. Who doesn’t love to read other people’s answers to these kinds of questions?! Thank you all for playing along and sending them in- I will feature every last one that I get from those it was sent to…

What a busy session! Busy as in… I was running! Chasing. Singing and dancing. It was fun, can’t wait to show you the rest!
