Happy Mother’s Day!  My wish for all of you amazing moms is to have a day filled with love and time for yourself and with those you love.  We’ve been photographing many mother’s day photography sessions with babies, newborns, and older children, never enough time to blog all of the photos!  Here is one beautiful, hard working, busy and wonderful mom!  If you happen to be a business owner in the Milwaukee area and a member of the Wauwatosa Chamber of Commerce, you may very well know her!  The Tosa Chamber has been so active and wonderful since she became the executive director.  These two children of hers were just amazingly well mannered, so sweet and easy to photograph, and it was wonderful to capture a few quiet moments of them with mom!

This adorable baby boy has the biggest smile, his whole face just lights up when he smiles, and it’s not tough to get those sweet smiles to flow!  I “met” him while he was still inside his mom’s belly; we had an AMAZING maternity photography session, must have been about 8 months ago now.  Time flies!  Her belly was so round and perfect and beautiful, the pregnancy pictures were amazing.  And then when he was born and about 8 days old, I was fortunate enough to travel to their Wauwatosa home for an on-location newborn shoot, capturing images nothing short of precious and adorable.  What a sweetie!  I’ll try to stop gushing now and get on with the pictures…..

Another sweet baby turning one year old came in for pictures! Many babies around his age have been into the studio in Wauwatosa this past month! I have been photographing this adorable little man since before he was born, and his family is absolutely amazing. Happy birthday a little bit early, sweet boy!  Look at this adorable little face!

Here he is with his biggest brother, who is just an incredible helper, friend, and brother!

I LOVE my little watch me grow babies that I get to photograph in the studio multiple times over their first year. This sweet little guy was FULL of smiles… it was tough to get any of those smiles 4 months ago- but this was a breeze! His parents were totally head over heels amazed by him and his cuteness- with good reason!

I adore photographing mothers with their children!  Look at this sweet boy’s beautiful thick dark hair and big brown eyes… not to mention these eyelashes!!  Him and his mommy have become dear friends of ours, it was a pleasure to photograph them!  She is the sweetest mom, and he is the most snuggly almost-four-year-old ever!  It was wonderful to photograph them together and capture a few casual, sweet moments between mother and son.

My “baby” turned three this weekend.  Where does the time go?  I mean, really?  This was just a picture of him taken outside on our tire swing yesterday, gorgeous yesterday, that is… and it’s a classic Calvin look.  Three years went by crazy fast.  How does that happen?!

Before posting a few images of the happiest, sweetest, most adorably chunky baby girl… quick update on the mother’s day event Saturday- all the spots filled up, however this morning I had one cancel… leaving us with one open spot! Let me know if you’d like information.

 

Now for the good stuff- images of this baby girl. I’ve known her since she was inside her beautiful mother’s belly, we had an amazing maternity session when she was still pregnant, and this sweet girl has grown so much since she was a newborn!

I found out this morning that the radio interview on NILMDTS and Infant Remembrance Photography is taped, it is not live, and will air sometime Tuesday, some time between 10 and 11 am.

In the meantime, here are a few more images from that family session that I posted below. What a beautiful family to photograph.
