I met this beautiful little boy when he was still inside his mommys belly… her maternity photography session was just over a year ago and I had so much fun photographing that gorgeous belly. What an honor to be a part of such special times in life! I took his newborn pictures, and his mommy got a gorgeous wall display of 4 11×14 portraits. What a great way to remember and enjoy those amazing newborn days! At his year old photo session, his smiles were contagious. He wasn’t feeling 100% like his smiley, active self when he came in to the Wauwatosa studio for his 1 year photography session, yet the cuteness is pretty much unbearable! Look at this little face!!

I had the pleasure of photographing this Milwaukee family in the studio and outdoors at their home. We ended up with some amazing family portraits and sweet casual/candid images of the children with mom and dad. Can’t wait for them to get their portraits and canvas collections on display in their home! SO many sweet captures… full of life, love, tenderness and showing a bit of their relationship- here are a few of my favorites from their family photography sessions.

Announcing our summer sunset special! Outdoor summer mini sessions, digital files or regular portraits available- check out the link for more information! Sessions are available next week on Tuesday on the beach and next Saturday the 10th on the Parkway in Wauwatosa. Can’t wait for some beautiful sunset images!
Here are some recent images taken at sunset with a beautiful family of four in Brookfield. I photographed their older son (now almost 6!) when he was a tiny little 6 month old baby!! I still remember his chubby little cheeks and HUGE smile as a 6 month old baby! Now, 5 years later to visit their family was incredible. They were full of laughter, love and snuggles… such a great family photography session! I adore photographing families outdoors when the sun is low… so beautiful!
This family approached this outdoor photography session as a Time and Talent digital file session, opting for the digital files and legal release so that they can reproduce the images in whatever sizes and quantities they wish. I put together one idea for them… here’s an idea of a possible portrait wall gallery for their beautiful home!

It’s a good thing I have a little snuggle bug of my own, otherwise I may have never let this little cutie leave the studio!! I photographed this family and captured the newborn days of this precious new baby just about one year ago. When I saw him in the studio again recently, at one year old, he looked still so little but much more like a little toddler! He was a pleasure to photograph with the sweetest temperament and obviously- he’s adorable! What a true joy to photograph him and document the milestones as he’s grown this first year.
Here he was as a newborn baby a year ago. We conducted his newborn session in their home, and they had the most amazing colors and decor!
And here he is now, a one year old little toddler… those newborn days go so fast!

It’s amazing to see how quickly families change, how the children grow so amazingly fast! When I think of this family and their baby, a tiny, smiling, gorgeous newborn baby comes to mind! When I saw her again recently though, she has changed and grown so much!! Crawling, scooting, smiling and laughing all over the studio- it was such fun to see this family again for a photography session in the Wauwatosa studio. I photographed this sweet baby girl many months ago… here she was when I first met her:

Another sweet baby turning one year old came in for pictures! Many babies around his age have been into the studio in Wauwatosa this past month! I have been photographing this adorable little man since before he was born, and his family is absolutely amazing. Happy birthday a little bit early, sweet boy! Look at this adorable little face!
Here he is with his biggest brother, who is just an incredible helper, friend, and brother!

This beautiful family came in for one year portraits a few weeks before their daughter’s 1-year birthday. What an amazing session! We captured incredible variety, she was so in tune with the camera and loved every minute of the hour-long session! I have been photographing this family for the past year, and have been fortunate enough to document all of their sweet baby’s milestones in beautiful pictures over the year… what an honor and treat to be able to photograph her! I adore her mom and dad… and remember the late night spent at the projection appointment one year ago as we talked and chatted about everything. Sadly, they are leaving Milwaukee and moving across the country. They are leaving today and I already miss them terribly, but wish them the best in their new home. I can only hope to see them again when they come to visit!

I first met these baby girls when they were brand new… I think it was their second day home from the hospital. Mom and dad were over the moon and just loving up every second with them. A year has gone by… they’re SO big, healthy, beautiful, and BUSY! We had a fantastic session around 7 months, and then more recently, just days after their first birthday. Photographing these twins has been amazing. They are so incredible, so unique and extremely different from each other. It’s been such a pleasure!
Their dad photographed me as I photographed them! Always fun to see those pictures!!
And my favorite image from a recent maternity photography session in the Brookfield studio… such proud, glowing, sweet parents!

First… our offer for an on-location family photography session! Do you ever see a location that just takes your breath away at how beautiful it is? How it would perhaps be a perfect, amazing setting for a portrait session? We want to trade you your outdoor location ideas for a complimentary session, to take place the Saturday or Sunday after Thanksgiving!
Of course, we love the locations that we use, but it’s always fun to change things up a bit! Email me (allie@proudtointroduce.com) with your idea for an on-location session. Tell me why it would be great, where it is, and what characteristics it has that make it special… be as detailed as you want! It could be on the water somewhere, it could be a rustic setting, or urban and colorful… use your imagination! If we choose your location, we’d love to photograph your family there. The session will take place over Thanksgiving weekend, either the Saturday or Sunday after Thanksgiving. If you have extra family in town, they’re more than welcome to join you! It won’t be a posed, formal session by any means- it will be a relaxed, fun, casual photography session. (And because it IS November in Wisconsin, after all… if the weather won’t cooperate for an outdoor session, we’ll figure out something else- most likely would take it indoors at your home.) So let’s have it! Send over your ideas! There is no obligation to order portraits, but if you do, we’d like to also provide a complimentary 8×10 for sharing your idea with us! The only “thing” is that if your location is outside of the Tosa/Brookfield area, a modest travel fee may apply. Can’t wait to see what comes in!
Now… where to even begin with how incredible the Raspberry Snap mini sessions have been…?! I must share a few images- these don’t even represent all of them, but I just have to post a few! These first images were actually captured during one of the mini sessions on our Raspberry Snap day! This gorgeous baby scheduled a mini session for their newborn, and we just hoped for cooperation during that 20-minute session. A full length newborn photography session was not possible for them, but they took advantage of the mini photography sessions and it resulted in some captivating, beautiful alert newborn images!
This sweet little cutie joined us for the October mini sessions… such a cute little inquisitive face!
And then so many incredible images from the rest of the children’s and family portrait mini sessions… here are a few of the children’s and family pictures!

I have to share way too many pictures from one outrageously beautiful outdoor family photography session. This was just *minutes* before sunset that we met on the parkway in Wauwatosa for family portraits… we had about five shutter clicks before the sun was gone, but the dusky light was crazy beautiful. Clearly, these parents are not only naturals in front of the camera with their children, but the children were individually SUCH relaxed, easy to photograph kids on their own, too!! As far as family sessions go, it couldn’t have possibly been more sweet, easy-going, beautiful and natural.You can just feel, see and almost experience their magic that evening. Amazingly, this whole session was pretty quick, all things considered. Less than an hour of photography time, although you wouldn’t know it from the incredible variety of the kids, family, sibling portraits and individual captures of each child… mom and dad were just beyond fantastic. It’s obvious that this family awesome.
I have a zillion newborn images to share from other sessions, and I also have to gush a bit about how FABULOUS today’s Raspberry Snap mini sessions went! A few crazy cute toddlers, some older children to photograph, the cutest 8 month old, a two week old newborn who booked a double mini session for 30 minutes of time, and lots of families in between… Brook had a blast with the mini photography sessions both outdoors in the fall setting and inside the studio for a few sessions! Sneak peeks of some images from those photo sessions coming soon! In the mean time, here is a new slideshow program… I’ll use it to share the images from this family’s session. These are low (very low) resolution images in this website slideshow to keep the size manageable for website posting- the images won’t look clear and crisp… you can see the nice clear pictures below. Be sure to ask about a high-resolution slideshow to play on your computer if you’d like one with your session! So here we go… these outdoor family pictures at sunset are almost painfully beautiful.
