This family was SO easy and fun to photograph in the Village of Wauwatosa photography studio!! We had a blast, so much laughing, giggling, talking and just cuteness oozing out of every shot! This family opted for the time and talent photography option and ordered the digital files so that they are able to enjoy ordering their own portraits as they wish… such a nice option to have when you want to be in charge of printing your own family pictures. They had an incredible variety in their family session… just so many smiles and snuggles. LOVED it!

I have a lot of blog posts from amazing newborn and family photo sessions to catch up on! First, a few comments about the sunset mini sessions (below) I still have an opening for them, email or call if you’re interested in squeezing in last minute! I can not wait to see so many of you! The weather is looking “questionable” but we’ll work around it or go with the rain date for the outdoor photography sessions. Fun!

Announcing our summer sunset special! Outdoor summer mini sessions, digital files or regular portraits available- check out the link for more information! Sessions are available next week on Tuesday on the beach and next Saturday the 10th on the Parkway in Wauwatosa. Can’t wait for some beautiful sunset images!
Here are some recent images taken at sunset with a beautiful family of four in Brookfield. I photographed their older son (now almost 6!) when he was a tiny little 6 month old baby!! I still remember his chubby little cheeks and HUGE smile as a 6 month old baby! Now, 5 years later to visit their family was incredible. They were full of laughter, love and snuggles… such a great family photography session! I adore photographing families outdoors when the sun is low… so beautiful!
This family approached this outdoor photography session as a Time and Talent digital file session, opting for the digital files and legal release so that they can reproduce the images in whatever sizes and quantities they wish. I put together one idea for them… here’s an idea of a possible portrait wall gallery for their beautiful home!

Happy Father’s Day to all the dads out there! I so enjoy the fathers that I have the pleasure of working with and photographing. Dads are so amazing with their kids, so fun loving and sweet, full of tickles and laughter and absolute love. Much of that shows through in family pictures or father and child portraits. For this Father’s Day post, I’m sharing children’s and family pictures of one Wauwatosa family who I have known for so long, and through so many changes! These BEAUTIFUL three children came in with their incredible mother for a photography surprise for dad! What a beautiful gift their dad will be receiving today! This mother also took advantage of the Wauwatosa school family picture fundraiser back in April. So nice for local families to support the schools and local businesses. Have a wonderful day with your families!

Oh, these babies and this family- they were SO incredible!! I was utterly impressed with about a million things that came up in conversation during their twins photography session- these babies needed lots of snuggles here and there, which provided plenty of time to chat!! What FUN! I was so utterly inspired by how ambitious and physically active mom was while pregnant (with TWINS!), she was amazing. Dad was SO truly good with these babies, handled them like a pro, and jumped right in to every moment without even needing to be asked. It is an amazing pleasure when I get to know an inspiring family like this- so warm and genuine and beautiful. Sweet, loving, SO laid back and relaxed. The peacefulness and content looks on their babies faces reflect their easygoing demeanors! An absolute, incredible pleasure. Here are some pictures from their family and twins photography session. They came in to the Tosa studio for baby and family portraits back in early May… again- so behind here, but completely worth posting these gorgeous babes and their amazing parents!

This amazing new mother and father came in to the studio recently with their sweet 6-week old baby boy, and it was a pleasure to photograph the three of them! They participated in the Wauwatosa School Photography fundraiser and donated their session fee to McKinley Elementary- such wonderful families showed support for our local public schools- and I had the pleasure of photographing cute new faces!!

I have photographed this sweet boy since he was a teeny tiny one week old newborn! Every time I see him it’s such a pleasure. He’s such a smiley, happy baby boy, and is so fun to photograph!!

This sweet baby boy came in to the Wauwatosa studio for his first photography session at six weeks… he was full of smiles and wide awake 90% of the session! At the very end, his mother finally got him sleepy and he was out! Look at these squishy sweet lips! I could have photographed him all day long….
Those beautiful eyes, and precious little smile… what an absolute joy to photograph, his newborn pictures were just amazing!
Stay tuned for a spring special (that’s my way of being hopeful!) that will be posted this week… it has to do with your bff… that’s right, your BEST friend!

Another supermom with her third sweet little baby… you’d never know this beautiful mom was five days postpartum, and her gorgeous newborn was so easygoing, laid back, and relaxed… so strong and focused, I couldn’t believe the incredible eye contact she was giving me at five days old. Just an incredible newborn to photograph. This was a session that took place in their home in Wauwatosa- a beautifully decorated home with so much character and love in it. Here are a few images from this family’s newborn photography session.
There were SO many incredible portraits from this baby’s on-location newborn session… it was SO hard to choose just a few to post! I can’t wait for these proud parents to see all of the images from their photography session!
We also had another fantastic Raspberry Snap mini session day this past weekend. I’m having a tough time staying on top of blogging, but promise to get some of those mini session images up in the coming days!
