gorgeous family photography sessions…

Newborn baby… five days old… in the studio with beautiful, sweet, loving parents- her photography session was a dream.

And this beautiful three month old baby and her family are part of my Watch Me Grow plan, which means I get to see them every few months- lucky me! Look at how beautiful this family is! And the best part is that they’re as sweet as they are photogenic!

And last but not least, this gorgeous photograph of a beautiful 10 year old girl just melts me. There are many more from her family’s portrait session outdoors at a Brookfield park, but I just had to post this one right away!

sweet new little boy…

I had the pleasure of photographing this sweet newborn baby in the Wauwatosa studio recently… many new babies are going to be making an appearance in the studio, and then on the blog! So many gorgeous bellies in the weeks past, it’s so exciting to meet the tiny babies that were inside them!

He had the most gorgeous little smile when we saw it a few fleeting times… tons of baby wrinkles to fill out, and a gorgeous face and furry little head- him and his family are just brimming with happiness!

3 newborns, a 4 month old & one gorgeous belly

The blog is in the process of being updated, it’ll soon have a fun new layout and a few other new features… in the meantime, I’m combining three newborn babies and one GORGEOUS belly all in this one post.  Look at this sweet little face. Such a precious little squishy face, kissable lips, and with this little hat on- just adorable!

This beautiful baby boy was an incredible pleasure to photograph in the Wauwatosa studio a few weeks ago. I adored his mother and father, could totally hang out and chat with them for hours. It’s always so fun to connect with other parents that I have a lot in common with! Their family, their children… so beautiful! In another post some day, I should post a before and after (pregnant and with-baby) of their family of five! They are gorgeous images of their family!

And the third sweet newborn… I just have to share this one from this sweet baby’s session… look at this precious smile!

This sweet baby girl is one beautiful child whom I get to photograph every few months in the Watch Me Grow program! I was fortunate enough to get to know her mother while still pregnant, and then of course I photographed this little girl as a newborn… now at 4 months, she looks like a different baby! She’s changed so much- such beautiful eyes, gorgeous red hair, and this smile… she’s amazing!

And we apparently conducted this session just in time… this beautiful belly no longer has the baby inside! I will hopefully meet this new little guy this week! I’m certain that he is beautiful and I know that his parents are just loving every moment with their new babe.

studio news & images: expecting two.

First, some studio news…

The Proud To Introduce Photography studio will not be accepting new clients until the summer of 2010. During this time, we will serve our previous and current clients with top notch service & portraits they have come to expect, and will also be offering mini session events at popular times to any client who has previously had a portrait session with us. Be sure to check back for dates and availability!

Thanks so much for your business and your understanding as I spend this special time with my family. It has been my pleasure and privilege to photograph your beautiful families over the years. Maternity and newborn babies of previous clients are certainly welcome, and I hope to see all of you during the fall mini session events.
I look forward to seeing many of you this summer and fall… and meeting many more of you next year!

I am amazed by so many of my clients and friends when I think of all that they do, every day. This woman is yet another super-mom. She does so much, for so many people and is loved & appreciated beyond measure. She’s an incredible momma to three, going on five. That’s right- two babies in this beautiful belly! I had the pleasure of conducting her maternity and family portrait session on location at her home

This gorgeous little girl came out to Brookfield looking adorable for a photo session in the natural light studio… we had a fun time, she liked the camera and it shows in her gorgeous portraits!

baby girl… 14 days old

This sweet baby girl came into the studio for her first portraits at 14 days, and it was such a nice photography session! She looks very much like a little girl, doesn’t she? Her features, while tiny, are very feminine and cute in a girly way, I think! She was very interested in sleeping for us… by 14 days, I think she has found that there are too many interesting things to look at! Nonetheless, we captured some amazing images of her, and her with her beautiful family, both awake and asleep.

Mom & dad, obviously completely smitten with their new little bundle of adorableness…

And finally this beautiful baby girl gave us just a few minutes of sleepiness…

And last but not least, the big brother & big sister picture with their new baby sister… this was kind of between a cry and a smile, but the looks on the new big siblings faces makes it even sweeter. They’re so proud of their new little sister!

This expecting momma was an absolute delight to photograph in the Milwaukee photo studio, she had a perfectly adorable little belly and was SO photogenic and easy to talk to!  I am thankful to have such wonderful clients, it’s fantastic to get to know (and photograph!) women like this them before they have their baby, what an honor to document their BEAUTIFUL pregnancy curves and to be a part of celebrating their form while pregnant… it’s such an amazing time that is so quickly gone after giving birth.

This is her with her sister… her sister was equally adorable and wonderful to have at the session, I hope she joins them to the newborn photography session, too!

tiny new bundle

I had the pleasure of traveling to this family’s home in Milwaukee for a newborn photo session; as soon as I walked in, I knew it was going that we’d capture some amazing portraits! They had the most fantastic colors on their walls, and their sweet baby boy, was sleepy and just amazingly beautiful. Here are a few pictures from our session together!

This beautiful expecting mother was a pleasure to photograph in the Wauwatosa studio. She was so easy to photograph, and her adorable round belly, perfect skin & the way you could SEE how much she loved this tiny baby growing inside of her- it was all just amazing! I adore maternity photography sessions, and this was no exception! It’s amazing to capture such a fleeting and amazing time in a new mother’s life. Once that baby is out, and in your arms instead of your belly, it is just miraculous to look at these portraits and remember.

Ah, I just love this one…

I love this one too, everything about her pregnancy photo session was just perfect!

While most of the maternity photo session was conducted in the Milwaukee studio, we spent the last few minutes of it over on the Menomonee River Parkway… her first “baby” was waiting for us in her car and was thrilled to sniff around on some new ground. Look at these beautiful images we captured of her with her sweet dog!
